Terms and Conditions

One House welcomes you for transacting with us. For successefull transactions and to maintain long term relationship with us, following terms and conditions apply

• Customer may request for a physical sample of ordered product before it goes to production. After the production is started no request will be entertained related to sampling and cancellation. Customers need to book a visit under visit section for sampling.
• Customer is solely responsible for the ordered product specifications like design, size and fitting options.
• Retail orders are processed only on 100% advance basis. Contract based orders are processed on receiving of 50% payment. Remaining 50% shall be released as per the contract.
• One House reserves right to withhold any order request if it violets any terms and condition.
• Shiping and Delivery Policy: Shiping and Delivery Date shall be acknowledged by customer on or after production. Customer shall be responsible for financial arrangment if our delivery and installation team visited the delivery location and the delivery was unsuccessefull at the customer's end.
• Minimum chargeable area for all product is 11 square feet. 
• For the contract-based orders, a rate quote is valid for 3 months only.
